C’est avec un profond respect et une admiration sinc\u00e8re que nous rendons hommage \u00e0 Monsieur Foudil TAIBI un visionnaire, un pionnier dans le domaine de la m\u00e9trologie l\u00e9gale et fondateur de l’Office National de M\u00e9trologie L\u00e9gale, non seulement il a marqu\u00e9 l\u2019histoire de la m\u00e9trologie en Alg\u00e9rie, mais a \u00e9galement construit un syst\u00e8me r\u00e9gulation et de fiabilit\u00e9 des mesures essentielles \u00e0 la justice \u00e9conomico-sociale.<\/strong><\/p>

La m\u00e9trologie, souvent per\u00e7ue comme une science technique complexe, trouve un grand d\u00e9fenseur in\u00e9branlable de son r\u00f4le fondamental.\u00a0 Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa vision avant-gardiste que l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie a pu se doter d\u2019une infrastructure fiable pour la protection de l\u2019\u00e9conomie nationale et celle du consommateur\u00a0;<\/strong><\/p>

Que cet hommage soit un modeste t\u00e9moignage de gratitude envers un homme dont l’\u0153uvre continuera d\u2019influencer et d\u2019inspirer ceux qui \u0153uvrent dans le domaine de la m\u00e9trologie et au-del\u00e0. Monsieur Foudil TAIBI restera \u00e0 jamais dans nos m\u00e9moires le p\u00e8re fondateur de la m\u00e9trologie Alg\u00e9rienne.<\/strong><\/p>

Puisse son h\u00e9ritage perdurer et servir de phare \u00e0 ceux qui, aujourd’hui et demain, poursuivront la mission qu’il a si brillamment lanc\u00e9e.<\/strong><\/p>

Que son nom soit \u00e0 jamais synonyme de pr\u00e9cision, de rigueur et d’int\u00e9grit\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

It is with deep respect and sincere admiration that we pay tribute to Mr, Foudil TAIBI, a visionary, a pioneer in the field of legal metrology and founder of the National Office of Legal Metrology. Not only has he left his mark on the history of metrology in Algeria, but he has also built a system of regulation and reliability of measurements that are essential to economic and social justice.<\/strong><\/p>

Metrology, often perceived as a complex technical science, has found a great and unwavering advocate for its fundamental role. Thanks to his avant-garde vision, he was able to build a reliable infrastructure for the protection of the national economy and that of the consumer;<\/strong><\/p>

May this tribute be a modest token for gratitude to a man whose work will continue to influence and inspire those who work in the field of metrology and beyond. Mr Foudil TAIBI will forever remain in our memories as the founding father of the Algerian metrology.<\/strong><\/p>

May his legacy live on and serve as a beacon to those who, today and tomorrow, will carry on the mission he so brilliantly launched.<\/strong><\/p>
